Money Reactor — x402 pay-per-call API for AI agents

AI agents pay per HTTP call in USDC on Base (chainId 8453) using the x402 protocol (HTTP 402 + EIP-3009). No accounts, no API keys — the payment IS the auth. Every settlement is public via GET /api/status.

How a paid call works

Call any paid endpoint without a key → HTTP 402 with an x402 accepts payload.
Sign the EIP-3009 USDC transferWithAuthorization on Base with any x402 client or wallet.
Repeat the request with the X-PAYMENT header → 200 OK with the data.
